Technical Customer Support

To create a customer/supplier relationship which aims to maintain and improve
RCL's
overall competitiveness within investment casting, RCL has a team of customer focused
manufacturing and development engineers providing dedicated technical support for
resolving common manufacturing problems, and to ensure the effective introduction of new
cores into production.
RCL's engineering capabilities are supported by the latest CAD/CAM technology. This gives
RCL the ability to accept and interpret CAD models via electronic data transfer; it also
allows not only rapid response to customer quotation enquiries but also timely synchronous
engineering recommendations into the initial design of a casting, thus achieving the
optimum design for both cost effectiveness and ease of manufacturing.
Additional support services provided by RCL include a first article inspection facility
for the preparation of core/casting FAIRs and layout reports, and an on site toolroom
staffed by skilled toolmakers to provide modifications and maintenance capabilities for
all moulding dies and gauges.
This capability ensures customers purchased equipment is not only maintained to the
highest standards but also guaranteed maximum life. |
